Dr. Trainor has provided deposition and trial testimony in matters involving pesticide misapplication and indoor exposures, mold contamination, indoor oil spills, industrial hygiene, OSHA compliance, and ergonomics-related injuries. She has served as an Associate at Robson Forensic, Inc. since 1998, focusing exclusively on litigation support in environmental and occupational safety and health matters.

Dr. Trainor has conducted occupational safety and health and industrial hygiene surveys in steel plants, foundries, oil refineries, chemical processing plants, auto assembly facilities, printing plants, electronic assembly operations, flavor and fragrance facilities, and explosive manufacturing environments, among others.

Yes. Dr. Trainor has extensive experience evaluating employer compliance with OSHA standards, including machine guarding, personal protective equipment, noise, ventilation, lockout/tagout, forklift safety, recordkeeping, fire extinguisher safety, and bloodborne pathogen programs.

Dr. Trainor has evaluated occupational and environmental exposures to asbestos, lead, silica, formaldehyde, organic solvents, mold, pesticides (including chlorinated hydrocarbons), dust, metals, and various gases across industrial and commercial settings.

Yes. Her ergonomics experience includes lifting and repetitive motion analysis, electromyography (EMG) studies, workstation design evaluations, dashboard ergonomic assessments, force measurement surveys, and visual perception assessments involving contrast, lighting, and glare.

Dr. Trainor holds a Ph.D. in Occupational Safety and Health with a concentration in Ergonomics from New York University, an M.A. in Occupational Safety and Health also from NYU, and an M.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota. She is credentialed as a Certified Hazard Control Manager (CHCM) and holds a 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
